LOL. I saw the movie on DVD a few months ago. The last 1/4 of the movie is totally superfluous violence. My husband refused to watch the movie, saying that it was a brawny white guy coming to the rescue movie. I kind of liked the first part of the movie, but couldn't even watch part of the ending.

Don't want Brendon to shut up, it's good to see he's tweeting more.

I figured, from what everyone was talking about, that it wasn't really as good a movie as the fans wanted me to believe. Didn't know about the violence though, sucks :(
lol, I feel like I'm turning into my overly-religious grandma but really, when I was younger I thought violence in movies was fun and now it just makes me sad/angry/bored, depending on how it's done.

I don't mind violence in movies, depending on how it's done. Nothing like a good James Bond or Indiana Jones. It's just in this one, it seemed like the movie makers were like how much of the magnificent set we build can we now blow up while still letting our hero's magically survive. It dragged on & on.

Going to run.. have something to do most of today & I have to be there in 15 minutes.
