So here's what I think! I know, how much do you care? :D
I read the interview. Shock, the band splitting wasn't Ryan's decision. However. It would seem a lot of it was started by Ryan and Brendon and concluded by Ryan and Spencer which whould kinda explain Jon's behaviour. He was probably on Team Denial too.
Ryan's statement about Pete makes me think he was getting shitloads of hate-calls and "let me tell you why this is wrong" calls and he just gave up on answering it for a while. And then he's probably watching Pete talk to Brendon and Spencer and thinks "omg he'll hate me!" and so he does nothing. Oh hi ME, fancy seeing you in a 22yo guy. I could be wrong but since that's what I'd do it's where my mind goes.
Also, and I SO mean no disrespect, Keltie's Address to the nation was emotional and based on internet gossip as much as any of ours. Except for how she actually is/was emotionally invested :) (Detail, detail :) ) And the fact that people actually contacted her to OMG SAVE her ex boyfriend. WTF people? Seriously WTFF? Her post honestly had me so bummed out and then I checked his twitter and saw that he still has plenty of friends talking to him (not as in, has them on the list, but really talking) so it's not all as she makes it look.
