OMG Spanish, double negatives? Really? :( You make me sad IN MY SOUL.
- no podía recordar haber visto nunca una cosa así -

Reading Alice in Wonderland for starters btw, figured it was good to start with something I kinda know.

Eh, the basic is pretty similar to Italian, I feel for you. To think that when I started with English, I couldn't find any double negative around and I was all WHY OH WHY THEY'RE CORRECT WHY AREN'T YOU USING THEM OMG (yeah, they are. In Italian XD)

hehe, well, I already know a lot of Spanish, and Italian, so that helps, but double negatives hurt my delicate ears anyway :D Even though we have them in Croatian too. Somehow, I just don't notice them as much in my language as I do in others :D (We have the "She never didn't see him" thing :D )

I'm sorry... You're listening to Captain & Tennille?

Haha, well, it was my mp3 collection on shuffle, it's just what came up. Is it weird? :D

Ugh, I hate double negatives. Couldn't they have said "No podia recordar haber visto alguna vez una cosa asi" or something like that?

DOUBLE NEGATIVES CAN BE AVOIDED, WRITERS OF THE WORLD!

Bleh. But, I'll get used to it, I hope :D And then maybe I'll be all "English, why so harsh with double negatives!" :D
