LiveJournal's payment system must be in compliance with both United States law and our credit card processor's policies.  Unfortunately, the countries in question are listed as countries which we are unable to accept payments from due to either political or economic sanctions placed by the U.S. government, or an extremely high rate of fraudulent payments.

hmmm.... I saw her response and frankly the fact that she's comparing this to actual fucking gang rape makes me think her fail might have been real. Maybe she's not quite aware of the words she uses and the meaning they have.
In the meantime I need to go check out my delicious to see if I have any of her fics there... maybe I manage to rescue them before she deletes.
