I hate being vague when I write ffic and I hate making shit up. So, it's like, is there a sea, is there a lake? Do they look up and see a mountain? Is it snowing? Is it raining? Is it normal if it's sunny in November!?

Do you need to know something specific about Chicago? I lived in the Chicago burbs till I was 8. Don't remember much, so I probably zero help.

I hate making stuff up. I'm ok with it up to a point, but if it's something that would make a Chicago person go "um, what?" I don't wanna experiment with it :) So far I'm keeping it vague. I mean, it's a tiny story so it's not like they need a proper setting mostly. And I managed to remember that 21 is the drinking age in Illinois and that sitting in a car kissing minors could be an issue, so I think I'm generally covered.
