Hey, question regarding Secretary, the movie, if you've seen it.

I know the movie deals with BDSM, sadism, masochism and obedience in particular, but I'd just like to check that there's no rape or abuse by him or anyone else in the movie?

It is a good movie though, I think it gets too hype though, so you go in thinking maybe things progress further than they actually do. Which ya know, is fine, it's just like what you said, hollywood and gritty just don't go well together.

it's a much quieter film than i was expecting. i think both james spader and maggie gyllenhal (can't spell her name) are hot shit, so that helped. :P
