Oh! I've been looking for this video... I wanna say forever but I haven't even been in the bandom for that long :) But a few days at least. It was one of the first videos of FOB I saw, so of course I didn't save it, but I love how much Patrick talks in it and even though Pete is kinda... down, he's still amazing.
First thing starts at 4:05 and is my favorite Pete moment ever cause his reaction to Patrick is brilliant.
And, unrelated to that part, in the end, at 8:10, she asks about song titles and mentions how they are totally unrelated to songs, and Pete replies, eventually: "In this record they are particularly relatable to the songs, I think, more so than they have ever been. Nobody ever likes to put the clues together, everyone needs Watson." (which will now be my tagline)

i love when pete tells patrick to stop being self deprecating. ♥

Date: 2009-08-29 06:10 am (UTC)Heh, she was really young and it's always extra awkward when she's in the middle so she has to turn around all the time, but yeah, at least she didn't pretend to be their best friend who got all their inner jokes and really let them talk.
It's the best thing ever! ♥♥♥ And I love how he takes a few seconds to think about it then goes "fuckit, Patrick needs to be saved from himself."
