I think I might be done with the transfer of photos and posts from old LJ to this one! I'm gonna take a day long break and check again but I even remembered to fix links on some communities where I posted. (Which, btw, if you get notifications about that, I'm sorry.)

While doing that I've been thinking, and there's really no politically correct way to phrase this so here goes...
I wonder how all these huge buff dudes, cops, security etc, feel protecting these tiny little, did I mention tiny, people from their creepy fans. Like when they see some girl crying and screaming Brendon/Pete/Frank/insertyourtinydude's name reaching out to him and all. I wonder if they even like the music. I kinda think they all either develop motherly feelings, like Zack Hall, or resent them somewhat.

K, so... The Young Veins are working on a new album with a little help of their friend Alex Greenwald who is in (hiatus) Phantom Planet.
Panic are going on a tour with 2 new members:
Ian Crawford (guitar) - he (other than being in the Cab) is a relative of Shane Valdez who is no longer married to used to room with Brendon and was Panic's photographer/documentarist.
Dallon Weekes (bass) - he is good friends with, and has apparently done music with Darren Robinson, who was/is in Phantom Planet with Alex Greenwald.

My brain is imploding.

I'm sure everyone who's been in musical fandoms longer than me is used to this kind of thing by now and not nearly is fascinated as I am.
But I'm still a n00b and I get to enjoy it :)

The Shane thing is like... not really supposed to be there but he's still friends with Ryan and Jon so it totally counts. I did make it transparent tho :) To be fair.

Brendon: And then he told me to open my eyes and there were ROSE PETALS everywhere!! And he got down on his knee and proposed and I was like 'OMG YES!' And then we had sex and I woke up with rose petals in weird places but that's another story.
Spencer: Yeah. I had to pull them out. Good times, good times.

I wish Spencer would shave his beard off all the way so I can see what he looks like. Then he can grow it back again. He just looks like such a MAN, which I'm sure Brendon appreciates but he's ... 4ish years younger than me. I'm curious. :)

 Trip postponed for a day or possibly TWO because of pain. 
I wish a was a man with a big swinging peen and smelly pits. :(

Originally though it's slightly different. It's from 'Christian Science' and the whole quote goes like this:

ETA: Though, y'know, Twain had some love for mentioning superstition himself so there's that ... :) 

 I don't do communities like failross . This one seems well moderated and all but I watched a situation like this develop once before and saw it end in actual tears and potential arson. So... thanks but no thanks. People tend to forget they aren't friends with the person they are "lovingly mocking" and that the person can't "lovingly mock" them back (and then he'd be called a douchebag) and the names get harsher, the examples get more trivial and mocks cut more to the bone. I know it's my choice to walk away and that's what I'll do, but this is my "sorry but that's not my humor please don't make me participate" post.
